JEE Main 2018 Syllabus for Physics free: JEE Main 2018 contains two papers. The paper 1 contains three section physics, chemistry, and mathematics. The paper 2 also contains three section mathematics, aptitude, and drawing. The syllabus for physics contains 2 sections A and B. Section A includes theory part and the weighting is 80%. Section B includes practical skills and the weight is 20%.

Section A covers the questions from 20 units such as physics and measurement, kinematics, laws of motion, work,energy and power, rotational motion, gravitation, properties of solids and liquids, thermodynamics, kinetic theory of gases, oscillations and waves, electrostatics, current electricity, magnetic effects of current and magnetism, electromagnetic induction and alternating currents, electromagnetic waves, optics, dual nature of matter and radiation, atoms and nuclei, electronic devices and communication systems. Section B need experimental skills. It includes 22 experiments. Any one of the experiments is asked in the exam. Students should start their preparation based on the syllabus.
