JEE Main 2016 Syllabus with Weightage in Hindi


JEE Main 2016 is an exam conducted in national level for the candidates to get admission in the central funded technical institutions which includes IITs, NITs and SFTIs for B.E/B. Tech and B. Arch/B. Planning. The JEE Main 2016 contains two papers. The syllabus for paper 1 is physics, chemistry and Mathematics. Paper 1 contains 90 questions.

JEE main 2016 syllabus pattern

Each section contains 30 questions. The marks for each question is 4 and 0.25 will be reduced for wrong answers. The total mark for paper 1 is 360. The paper2 contains three parts such as aptitude test, mathematics and drawing test. The aptitude test contains 50 questions each correct answer carries four marks and for wrong answer 0.25 will be reduced.

The mathematics part contains 30 questions. The drawing test contains 2 questions each carry 70 marks for correct answers. The total marks for paper 2 is 460. The weightage for JEE is more compared to AIEEE. The students should score 40% in their higher secondary. The student should score 60 % on the  JEE Main exam  to get admission in any of the fields.
